Ferron’s first album, released in 1977 with only 1000 printed. It was recorded with friends on small recording device, so the sound quality is not great. This version is from Johnny Desolation’s Vinyl Dustbin. He did significant work to clean up the audio files. You can read his notes here

  1. This album. Was the real Ferron. I was running the gay community’s center in Saskatoon Saskatchewan and we hired her for the 5 th National gay conference in 77 she sstayed at my house for the week and was usually very quiet but always thinking watching I think this was her truest and best album ( mine of course is so thin from playing 😂 ) we marched on city hall I wish I could send you the photos thanks for putting up these songs ( for some reason she’s wanted them forgotten) but I think they were her finest work!
